If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give a 24hr notice. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee of 50% of your service.

A no-show will result in a 100% charge for the missed service.

(This includes canceling within an hour of your appointment)

In the event that you no-show/cancel last minute on multiple services, this will result in having to put down a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

Running Late? We get it!

We extend a courtesy of 15 minutes if you’re running late to your appointment. Anything over 15 minutes will result in rescheduling, as well as a fee for the missing service.

We run on appointments and do all that we can to take your schedule into consideration. Please take ours into account as well as our other clientele.
